Conference Room A
This small room rental is a great solution for traveling business professionals and individuals working from a home office. The private meeting space is ideal for small group meetings, interviews, or solo work and can comfortably accommodate six or less individuals. It features Audio/Video Conferencing and collaborative software capabilities.
Conference Room B
This mid-size room rental offers a boardroom-style environment that comfortably accommodates six-twelve individuals. This space is ideal for depositions, trainings, corporate meetings, and committee interviews. The room is enhanced with Audio/Video Conferencing, collaborative software capabilities, and a high-res document camera.
Conference Room C
Conference Room C accommodates groups up to 38. With over 700 square feet of meeting space and countless seating configurations, this room handles a variety of conferences and is ideal for training, presentations and larger group meetings.

The room configuration shown below is our presentation set-up and allows for maximum capacity of 38 individuals. The room is equipped with Audio/Video Conferencing, collaborative software capabilities, and large projection screen with high-res projector.

The room configuration shown below is our Ideation set-up. Relaxed group work will comfortably seat up to 18 individuals and classroom style will accommodate up to 24. This set-up highlights our SPAN Ideation software but is also is equipped with Audio/Video Conferencing, collaborative software capabilities, and large projection screen with high-res projector.
