The center affords organizations of all types convenient access to a meeting space equipped with the same advanced presentation technology typically found only in large corporate installations. Conference Room A offers a convenient meeting solution
for road warriors and individuals working from a home
office. This private meeting space is excellent for groups
of four to five people and is equipped with a 46-inch flat
panel display for sharing computer-based presentations.
This room also features a Polycom Sound-station 2 wireless conference phone.
Conference Room B offers a boardroom style environment
that is appropriate for groups of 10 to 12. This space is
enhanced with the latest presentation technologies,
including videoconferencing and digital recording capabilities.
It is equipped with a Polycom HD videoconferencing
unit, a wall-mounted 65” LCD monitor, and a SMART
interactive whiteboard and PC. Ideal uses for this room
include depositions, training, corporate meetings and employment interviews. This room is also available for
audio conferences.
Conference Room C accommodates groups up to 40. With
over 700 square feet of meeting space and countless seating configurations, this room handles a variety of conferences
and is ideal for training, presentations and larger group meetings. The room features a large projection
screen and a very bright, high-resolution multimedia projector for easy viewing. Its integrated audio and videoconferencing
capabilities allow presenters and trainers to share ideas and content easily with remote participants.
The room is equipped with DVD / VHS players and recording is available.
