SMART Hub VE enables computer-free digital whiteboarding, bringing your meetings into the digital age without the need for a dedicated meeting room PC.
Simply connect SMART Hub VE to a projector and a SMART Board interactive whiteboard or interactive display to create a large interactive workspace where you can take notes in digital ink, share materials and save work to a USB key or distribute them by e-mail. It also gives you the flexibility to add a laptop or plug in a USB key for access to additional files

As part of the SMART Hub family, this intuitive appliance is easy to use and always ready to go. You don't have to turn it on or enter passwords, which enables users to be instantly productive. Simply walk up to the interactive display, pick up a pen and begin writing. The system is designed to below-maintenance, and no digital whiteboarding experience is necessary.
SMART Hub VE saves meeting participants from transcribing notes from a flip chart or dry-erase board. It makes meetings more efficient and productive – at the end of a meeting, digital notes can be easily saved to a USB key or e-mailed to the team using the appliance's built-in e-mail server.
Information at your fingertips
With SMART Hub VE, there's no need for a dedicated meeting room PC, but this appliance still gives you the ability to access documents. Simply attach your laptop or plug a USB key into the appliance to share additional information with your team.
And if your meeting needs change, it's an easy software upgrade to SMART Hub SE, which allows you to collaborate at a distance and connect to multimedia devices.
