Jerrad Anderson, CEO and Owner, is driven by a passion for people and a commitment to excellence. His journey began with a rich Alaskan heritage and 13 years of dedicated service in the Navy, where he honed his skills in Middle Eastern affairs and developed a lifelong love for learning. His experiences, coupled with a Master's degree in Human Resources, solidified his foundation in building positive and productive work environments.


At the core of Jerrad's leadership style lies a genuine curiosity and appreciation for diverse perspectives. He champions inclusivity, believing it fosters superior outcomes and exceeds expectations. He's a firm believer in the power of talented individuals and effective leadership, and this belief fuels his dedication to his team and the company's success.


Outside of work, Jerrad is a devoted father to two amazing children, finding immense fulfillment in his personal life. He values family and strives for balance, enriching his professional life with his personal experiences and vice versa.

Eliseo Barrera, Director, Operations, The Chariot Group, manages a team that specializes in delivering videoconferencing systems, design, installation and integration solutions.

Barrera’s expertise in leadership and operations is guided by 20 years of experience in the U.S. Army. Since joining The Chariot Group in 2009, Barrera has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry and what it takes to enable both his clients and team to thrive.

Barrera is dedicated to fostering an authentic team environment, where both professional and personal needs are balanced. He understands that taking this same approach with clients ensures a successful outcome.

Director, Finance

Denise Thomas, Director of Finance and co-founder, transitioned the company to new ownership in 2023.

Thomas never backs down from a challenge. When The Chariot Group opened its doors in the fall of 1999, she was committed to ensuring this fledgling business had efficient accounting protocols and key financial strategies in place to help the organization thrive.

As the business grew, so did her interests in process, quality and continued progress. Thomas oversees the finance, accounting and administration departments for The Chariot Group. She continues to lead a strong team responsible for quality improvement and works diligently to advance procedures and service standards. Her talents and keen eye for detail have been a catalyst in the organization’s success offering both clients and employees value-added experiences. Utilizing data and analytics to identify vulnerabilities and trends, she continues to leverage The Chariot Group as an industry leader.

Strategic Advisor

Rick Thomas, now serving as Strategic Advisor for The Chariot Group, co-founded the company and played a pivotal role in transitioning it to new ownership in 2023.

His career is marked by a deep fascination with business, innovation, and leadership. Seizing an opportunity in 1999 to delve into the burgeoning "digital economy," Rick's visionary approach led to the founding of The Chariot Group in the spare room of his house. Over 25 years, his foundational goals have remained steadfast: to operate on the time-tested fundamentals of good business – nurturing respectful relationships, delivering quality work, and maintaining profitability.

The audiovisual industry has undergone significant transformations since its early transaction-focused days, evolving into a solutions-oriented approach to AV. As technology experiences have become more human-centric, fostering sophisticated interactions and enhanced user experiences, The Chariot Group has adapted its mission accordingly. At its core, the company's goal is simple yet impactful – to connect people and ideas.

Regional Manager

Bill Barnes, Regional Manager for The Chariot Group, specializes in consultation, design and services for government agencies, higher education and enterprise organizations in the Rocky Mountain Region.


Managing a team of educational consultants, installation technicians, contractors and support teams, Barnes is dedicated to problem solving with unique resources while connecting people and ideas. With nearly two decades of experience in the technology sales industry, Barnes frequently exceeds his client’s expectations by anticipating and addressing their needs, finding custom solutions and providing professional development after implementation to help leverage their business.
